Abous us

We are Polish company that was founded in 2018, under the name M-Tech and in 2022 it was transformed into M-TECH MACHINE TECHNOLOGY. The company is located in the south of Poland, in the city of Mysłowice.

M-TECH Machine Technology is a supplier of machines, production lines and devices, as well as engineering projects. We operate mainly in automotive, chemical and food industries, but we are open to cooperation with companies from other industries as well.

Over the years of operation, we have completed several dozen projects of various scales and levels of complexity.

Currently, our team consists of design engineers, automation engineers, mechanics, and electrician.

Services

Designing and 3D modeling

During implementation of projects, we use 3D design and modeling software. We use CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD Inventor) for design, thus, we are able to present solution to the customer before its implementation. . This allows us to refine the design and guarantees 100% customer satisfaction.

Production stations

Many years of experience, mainly in automotive industry, results in abilities of design and build production, assembly and test stations for you. We build production stations in accordance with our customer guidelines. We design and build simple manual stations, production tables, and automated stations as well.

Machine assembly and commissioning

We provide services in the field of machine design and construction. We build machines comprehensively, going through each stage, i.e. mechanical and electrical design, risk analysis, parts production, assembly, programming and commissioning.

Software

We create applications for PLC controllers and operator panels (HMI) of all leading manufacturers (Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, Omron, Schneider, Allen-Bradley). We specialize in the integration of vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, Omron, Balluff). We program industrial robots from manufacturers such as: KUKA, FANUC, MITSUBISHI, EPSON, ABB.

Prefabrication of control cabinets

We prefabricate control cabinets, switchboards and control panels based on documentation prepared by us or received from customer. During control cabinets assembly we use equipment from companies such as: Rittal, Siemens, Rockwell, Phoenix Contact, Harting, IFM, SEW, Keyence, Lapp, MeanWell, MURR, Euchner, Schmersal, Hitachi, Legrand, Finder, Baluff, Turck, Eaton, Sick, Pilz , Wago, Weidmuller and many others. We create electrical documentation using EPLAN software.

Aluminum profile system assembly

We design and assemble stations using aluminum profiles from renowned manufacturers such as: Bosch Rexroth, ITEM and equivalent. We are able to design and implement any project for you.

Our offer

We cooperate with suppliers and manufacturers from steel industry, which allows us to produce both semi-finished and finished products. We are able to implement short prototype batch as well as deliver components for serial production.
